Owner STY-35MF. Similar to the ST-36 series but with a shorter shank and wider gap. The shorter shank allows wide-gaped hooks to be used without fear of the hooks snagging on each other, and thanks to the design, the shorter shank flexes less. This treble hook also features 150° PPP (Premium Point Position), which spreads two of the hook points out at 150°, compared to the typical 120° spread across all three points. Widening this gap allows the hook to be positioned slightly further out from the body of the hard bait, resulting in hook-ups that would otherwise not occur. Widening the gap to 150° also protects the bait’s body and keeps the hooks sharper for longer. This treble hook features Owner’s Silky Gray friction-free finish, which promotes superior hook penetration through the toughest resistance in a fish’s jaws. Other features include rounded hook bends and Super Needle Point. When rigging the lure with these treble hooks, ensure that the eye of the hook and the flat side of the shank are correctly aligned with the body.
