The STRIKER 4 fishfinder includes a Garmin CHIRP transducer (77/200 kHz) that delivers noticeably greater clarity and detail of fish and structure than traditional 77/200 kHz transducers.

Instead of sending one frequency at a time, CHIRP sends a continuous sweep of frequencies, from low to high, then interprets them individually as they return. Because the frequencies provide a wider range of information, CHIRP sonar technology can create sharper fish arches with greater target separation.

You can also upgrade to high-performance Garmin CHIRP technology, which delivers crystal-clear sonar images with even better target separation and resolution from shallow to deeper water. For better fishing, bottom contours are more visible, even at high speed, and signal noise can be suppressed at greater depths to provide better interpretation of what lies below.

Navigate Easily with Waypoint Mapping

Since STRIKER fishfinders have high-sensitivity GPS, you can see your position in relation to waypoints you have marked. Use the waypoint map to easily see, mark, and navigate to locations like underwater vegetation, stumps, and docks. It's also a great tool for finding your way back to boat ramps.

Check your speed on the screen

You can quickly and easily see your boat's speed on the screen of your STRIKER fishfinder. It's a great tool to help you make sure you're trolling at the right speed for the bait you're using and the type of fish you're fishing. It also helps you determine if you are going the right speed in areas where you should be going slowly.

Fish vertically with built-in live image

STRIKER has both a fishfinder and a live image, all in one unit. When you are stationary and fishing, such as when ice fishing or when you are jigging for perch, the built-in live image shows the bottom, whether it is solid or muddy, your jig or weighted bait, and the depth of the fish as it swims into the sonar beam. You can also see how high the line is being raised or lowered and whether fish are moving towards or away from it.
