W3 Boat 2nd has a practical 3-piece design that makes the rod perfect for all kinds of trips, whether the destination is a Norwegian sea fishing camp or a tropical island. The second generation of W3 Boat has better strength and feel, thanks to the improved technology in the blade and the incorporation of a higher quality Torayca® carbon fiber. A so-called Comfort Cross Gimbal makes drilling fish far more comfortable than puncturing the belly with a metal or hard plastic butt. It fits perfectly in a rod belt, but even without protection it's fine to land a heavyweight or two without a problem. The oval XEG rings are among the toughest saltwater rings on the market and the Torayca® blade provides superior strength and a lot of rod for the money.
